Carol Kight

Carol Kight has been editing content for the Instrumentl team since 2021. She has worked as a professional copywriter, editor, and content creator since her graduation in 2020 from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s in Rhetoric and Writing and a Minor in Business and Public Policy. Before pursuing freelance work full-time, Carol worked as an editor for a book publishing agency and as a consultant for a university writing center. Carol has written and edited content for health, software, and marketing companies but particularly finds professional and personal fulfillment working in the nonprofit space. Outside of her professional work, Carol regularly volunteers for a mentorship program in her community and likes to spend her time reading, painting, and playing piano.
