Say goodbye to transferring your upcoming deadlines from your Tracker to another calendar. With Calendar View, you can easily see all your upcoming deadlines in a calendar format, directly on Instrumentl.
Project View
Looking for an overall view of all upcoming deadlines? View your Calendar for the Master Tracker. Looking for upcoming deadlines related to a specific project? View your Calendar from within that project.
Filter by Specific Criteria
You can filter by project, task deadlines or submission deadlines to get the most relevant Calendar View for you.
Interactive Calendar Events
Click on deadlines in your Calendar to take you to the related funding opportunity. This way, you don’t have to spend time going back to your Tracker - it’s all in one place!

Track every grant opportunity more precisely with Application Cycles. Now users can set Submission Goals for each step of the application process. Grant applications with several steps are now treated as one unit.

When saving a grant opportunity to your Tracker, select the Application Cycle for which you’d like to apply for. Set Submission Goals for each step of the application process.
Multi-Step Applications Treated as a Unit
Grant applications requiring multiple steps, such as letter of inquiry (LOI) and full proposals, are now treated as one unit in your Tracker.
In-App Deadline Change Notifications
When a funder changes a deadline, Instrumentl will now notify you on your Tracker and Funding Opportunity modal. This way, you stay up to date on the grant application process.
