With over 10 years of experience in nonprofit operations and leadership, program development, and fundraising/resource development, Jessica Knapp is the State President & Chief Executive Officer of Communities In Schools Pennsylvania, the United State's largest dropout prevention organization.
Jessica has both her B.A. and M.A. in International Studies, and is currently a Doctoral Candidate at West Chester University in the Public Administration program. Her research focuses on cross-sector collaboration between nonprofit organizations and school districts. Jessica was born and raised in Mechanicsburg, and currently lives there with her husband, Tim; two sons, Oliver and Charlie; and two rescue dogs, Dexter Morgan and Luna Lovegood.
